39 yo mother of three from Denver, Colorado who noticed significant change in her vulva following her third vaginal delivery, located the office of Master Cosmetic Surgeon and Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre of Parker, Colorado through a search on Google. She denies having torn her labia, but instead has had her labia stretched during delivery. She did experience pain with sex after her first delivery, but this resolved following her second vaginal delivery. Her labia bother her with horseback riding, and also with intercourse. She does feel that sex is good, but would like it better as she does have difficulties with vaginal orgasms. She has also noticed increasing dryness during intercourse. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination with a chaperone present and patient observing with a handheld mirror. Exam revealed significant left labial hypertrophy with normal right labia and prepuce. She was also noted to have introital laxity with an enlarged general hiatus of 4 cm. All history and findings were discussed in detail with the patient, along with her surgical and nonsurgical options. She is an excellent surgical candidate for in-office Labiaplasty as well as nonsurgical laser vaginal resurfacing with FemiLift, O-Shot, and radiofrequency introital tightening with Viveve. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Left Labia Minora and 1 of 3 in the series of FemiLift treatments. Patient returned to the office for her remaining FemiLift laser treatments, O-Shot, and Viveve radiofrequency treatment. She returned for regularly scheduled postop appointments very happy with her results stating “having best sex ever with best orgasms of my life.”
