38 yo mother if two from Colorado Springs, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado through an internet search on vaginal looseness. She describes a traumatic home vaginal delivery that was complicated by significant labial swelling and tearing. She has not had any need for vaginal repair up until this point in time. She does state that she has had difficulties with sex due to lack of pleasure. This has worsened following her second vaginal delivery. She describes feeling loose and very self-conscious that her husband is not satisfied. She is very unhappy with the appearance of her vulva. She states this has been an issue her whole life and has never sought cosmetic correction. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation, left greater than right, with redundant lateral prepuce and ptosis, left side greater than right. She also has significant introital laxity, large and drooping prepuce. Her clitoris is sensitive and her G-Spot is dull. Dr. Aguirre discussed all history and findings in detail with her as well as his recommendations. She was eager to proceed with definitive surgical therapy. Dr. Aguirre performed an in-office-awake aesthetic vaginal procedure. She had Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical site. One week post Labiaplasty, in an out-patient surgery center, Dr. Aguirre performed a Vaginoplasty. Patient returned for her regularly scheduled postop visits, very pleased and wanting to resume sex.
