26 yo woman from Parker, Colorado self-referred to renowned Cosmetic Surgeon and Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado through an internet Google search for Labiaplasty. She states that since 16 she noticed her long labia minora, which has become progressively bothersome. She is very self-conscious with intimacy and also experiences discomfort with wearing form fitting clothing. She is unable to wear thong underwear and needs to tuck her labia so they do not get pulled by her thighs. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation, redundant lateral prepuce bilaterally, excess perineal skin, and an anal skin tag. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options she decided to move forward with definitive surgical therapy. She returned to the office where Dr. Aguirre performed, in an in-office surgery setting, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical site, excision of Anal Skin Tag and Excision of Excess Perineal Skin. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop visits, healing nicely and very happy with the results.
