38 yo mother of three from Lakewood, Colorado located Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon from Denver, Colorado, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search. She presents to the office “needing tightening of my vagina.” She has a six year history of decreased vaginal sensation that has become very bothersome over the past year. She had natural deliveries with all three of her children; the last was accompanied with tearing. Pelvic examination revealed a gaping introitus and significant obstetrical tears. Following the examination, she was taken to a consultation room where Dr. Aguirre recommended laser vaginal rejuvenation (Vaginoplasty) with Perineoplasty to be performed at an out-patient surgical center under anesthesia. She consented to moving forward with the procedures as recommended and returned to the office for regularly scheduled postop visits, with excellent results.
