Postmenopausal woman from Northern Colorado found nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado, through an internet search for Labiaplasty and “Loose Vagina.” She has been bothered by the aesthetic appearance of her vulva since puberty and has a greater than 15 year history of vaginal looseness, which became noticeable following her third vaginal delivery. For 15 years she has also noticed occasional loss of urine with strenuous activity such as sneezing, coughing, laughing, etc. She is significantly bothered by the complete loss of sensation with sex. After an examination and consultation with Dr. Aguirre about all surgical and non-surgical options, she was eager to move forward with surgery as recommended.
