43 yo mother of four from Colorado Springs, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search. She states she had a long history of symptomatic rectocele and urinary incontinence for which her local OBGYN performed a Rectocele Repair, Perineoplasty and Transobturator Sling. She also experienced vaginal looseness and thought that the pervious surgery would have helped improve her loss of sensation with sex. She presents to the office for a Vaginoplasty consultation due to still feeling as though she remains loose and gaping 6 months following her initial surgery. Pelvic examination is significant for large introitus, posterior vaginal relaxation with separation of her Levator Muscles, left side greater than right. After thorough discussion of surgical and non-surgical options, Dr. Aguirre recommended Kegels, Physical Therapy, or VTone to improve her pelvic floor function. She decided to start a series of VTone treatments as well proceeding with Posterior Vaginoplasty. She returned for her regular scheduled postop appointments well healed with excellent results. She will return at 3 months postop for an O-Shot to help with her difficulties achieving Orgasm.
