45 yo mother of one with Clitoromegaly from Pueblo West, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre in Englewood, Colorado through Realself.com following a botched labiaplasty. She presented three months post labial amputation from a poorly performed Labiaplasty by her local plastic surgeon. She continued to be bothered by a very large clitoris as well as excess perineal skin and anal skin tag. During examination Dr. Aguirre found her to have significant clitoromegaly, ptosis of large prepuce, redundant right lateral prepuce and absent labia minora from complete amputation. This gives her a “top-heavy” appearance.  All surgical and non-surgical options were discussed. Patient was eager to schedule the recommended surgery to normalize her distorted appearance as much as possible.
