28 yo woman from Denver, Colorado referred to the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and Master Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre in Parker, Colorado by her local OB/GYN. She has a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. Since puberty she had been bothered by her large labia minora and a few years ago, while living in another state,  had her gynecologist perform a labiaplasty. She has never been happy with the results and continued to experience discomfort from her labia. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination with a chaperone present, which revealed evidence of prior labiaplasty with poor aesthetic results. There remains significant labial hypertrophy, left side greater than right. The remaining right labia is small, ragged and irregular while the left labia remain very large. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options, patient was eager to move forward with Dr. Aguirre’s recommended procedures. Dr. Aguirre performed in an in-office surgical setting, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the left Labia Minora as well as Revision Labiaplasty of previously Botched right Labia. She returned for her regularly scheduled postop appointments very happy with her results of nice labial symmetry.
