40 yo mother of two from Lone Tree, Colorado was self-referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search on RealSelf. She has a 16 year history of urinary incontinence. She has noticed worsening symptoms over the years and now describes moderate incontinence that occurs with all forms of exercise. In an In-Patient hospital setting, Dr. Aguirre performed an Abdominal Supracervical Hysterectomy, Sacrocolpocervicopexy, Paravaginal Repair, Rectocele Repair, Suburethral Sling and Vaginoplasty to address her pelvic prolapse and vaginal looseness. During her regularly scheduled postop exam, the excellent status of her repair was discussed in detail.
