51 yo mother of five from Littleton, Colorado was referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre by her local OBGYN for evaluation of urethral polyps. Upon examination, Dr. Aguirre recommended a medical urogynecologic surgical procedure that involved an abdominal approach. Shortly following the urogyn surgery, she voiced concerns about the undesired cosmetic appearance of her abdomen due to the abdominal incision that was necessary to complete the urogyn procedure. Bothered by the abdominal scar and abdominal shelf that developed, she was eager to discuss her options for cosmetic surgery. After thorough consultation, Dr. Aguirre recommended Liposuction of upper and lower abdomen, anterior hips, pubic mons, and Mini Tummy-Tuck all to achieve a more even and flat appearance. She decided to move forward and Dr. Aguirre performed the procedure as recommended. She returned to the office for regular scheduled post-lipo treatments with excellent results.
