45 yo mother of two from Casper Wyoming referred to the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado by a friend. She has decreased vaginal sensation, has only ever been able to achieve orgasm with self-stimulation, and has never experienced pleasure with intercourse. She has a long history of undesirable cosmetic appearance of her vulva. She is bothered by her labia minora as well as labia majora and multiple anal skin tags.
