45 yo female from Westminster, Colorado self-referred to master cosmetic surgeon and Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre after seeing an episode of Colorado and Company, on which Dr. Aguirre was a guest. She is self-conscious about the appearance of her large labia and is also bothered by vaginal looseness since her second vaginal delivery. During her in-depth exam it was noted that she has a history of persistent hemorrhoids due to heavy straining. She preceded with surgery, at which time Dr. Aguirre performed a Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty of the labia minora and Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy, Anal tag excision as well as a medical Urogynecologic procedure at the same time. She returned to the office for her postop exam with excellent results and is very pleased with the outcome.
