42 yo mother of two from Southern Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado, from an internet search on Labiaplasty. She describes a two-year history of decreased vaginal sensation which was preceded by a 14-year history of bothersome large and dark labia. She recalls that following the birth of her second child that her labia were larger and more bothersome. Pelvic examination performed by Dr. Aguirre revealed labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and redundant lateral prepuce. She performs a weak pelvic floor contraction and distally there are torn pelvic floor muscles. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options with Dr. Aguirre she decided that she would not have time for an extensive lengthy recovery. Thus she desired to move forward with recommended Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, Clitoropexy with PRP to Surgical Site, Excision of multiple Anal Tags, FemiLift Laser Vaginal Resurfacing series and the Viveve Radio Frequency treatment.  Dr. Aguirre performed the surgery in an in-office surgical setting with laser treatments coinciding with her regularly scheduled postop appointments.
