54 yo mother of two from Denver, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre located in Englewood, Colorado through an internet search. She has a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva who has lately been bothered more due to changes which she feels are associated with aging. She feels her labia have gotten larger and darker. She also reports sexual dysfunction issues consisting of great difficulties achieving an orgasm.
