34 yo mother of three from Gillette, Wyoming located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search for Labiaplasty. She has a 20-year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. Since puberty she has been unhappy with her large labia, which has become worse as she has had children and with aging. Examination performed by Dr. Aguirre revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and a large ptotic prepuce. She was found to be an excellent candidate for an in office vulvar surgery consisting of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy, Geneveve Introital Tightening and O-Shot.  She desired to move forward with Dr. Aguirre performing the recommended surgical procedures. She returned to the office for her routine postop visits wanting to discuss options for fat reduction, to complete her Real Mommy Makeover. She was found to be an excellent candidate for CoolSculpting of the Upper and Lower Abdomen and bilateral Flanks. Dr. Aguirre recommended two treatment sessions per area, in order to achieve maximum benefit. After having the first treatments, she was very happy with the results and postponed the second treatment session.
