23 yo woman from north-east Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and Master Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado from a Google search on Labiaplasty. She has been bothered by the shape, size and color of her labia since puberty. She is self-conscious with regards to her labia and would like a labiaplasty. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination with a chaperone present and patient observing with a handheld mirror revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation. There is also excess prepuce and excess perineal skin, left side greater than right. She is an excellent candidate for in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery and following detailed discussion of all surgical and nonsurgical options, she scheduled the recommended procedure. Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to Surgical Site, and Excision of Excess Perineal Skin. She returned for her regularly scheduled postop appointments very happy with her results.
