41 yo mother of one from Boulder, Colorado was referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre by a friend. She has a more than ten year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva as well as a long history of vaginal looseness. She is bothered by darker, longer and what appears to be a more aged look to her labia minora. The decrease in vaginal sensation during intercourse, following the birth of her child, has become very bothersome as well. After a thorough exam and consultation to address all surgical and non-surgical options, she decided to move forward with surgery as recommended. Dr. Aguirre performed, in an out-patient surgical setting, Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy and an Anal Tag Excision. She returned to the office postoperatively with excellent results and very pleased with the outcome.
