28 yo mother of five from Rapid City, South Dakota referred to nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre for vaginal relaxation and tearing. After one Cesarean Section and three vaginal deliveries, she now feels as though she has a very open-appearing and loose vagina. She has noticed decreased sensation with sex and has also noticed water entering her vagina. After thorough evaluation with consultation of nonsurgical and surgical options, she decided to proceed with a Vaginoplasty and Perineoplasty performed by Dr. Aguirre in an out-patient surgery setting, under general anesthesia. She returned to the office for regular scheduled postop visits, happy with the results and stating that “sex is great.”
