32 yo mother of one from Parker, Colorado scheduled an appointment after a Google search for Labiaplasty lead her to nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre. Two years prior to meeting with Dr. Aguirre, she had a very difficult vaginal delivery and since then has noticed decreased vaginal sensation. She is also unhappy with the aesthetic appearance of her vulva following vulvar surgery five years prior. After a thorough examination and consultation Dr. Aguirre recommended a Vaginoplasty, Revision Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and Majora as well as Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy. Patient consented to moving forward with surgery which was performed at an out-patient surgical center.
