60 yo mother of two from Loveland, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search on Real Self. She has a greater than twenty-year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. Following the delivery of her second child, she noticed much longer labia minora. She went through natural menopause in her early 50s and has since noticed uncomfortable sex to the point of having painful sex now. She is interested in laser vaginal rejuvenation and Labiaplasty. Examination performed by Dr. Aguirre revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation  and redundant lateral prepuce with ptosis along with vulvar stricture with separation of her vulva at the posterior fourchette. She was found to be an excellent candidate for Laser Vaginal Resurfacing with the CO2 laser, FemiLift and an O-shot. This would address her vaginal dryness due to atrophy contributing to dyspareunia and decreased orgasms. She is also an excellent candidate for an in office vulvar surgery consisting of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, Clitoropexy with PRP injection to the Perineum. She desired to move forward with Dr. Aguirre performing the recommended surgical procedures. She returned for her postop visits very happy with the results and stating she loves her look.
