29 yo mother of four from Loveland, Colorado self-referred to Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre, a Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon located in Englewood, Colorado, after an internet search on vaginal looseness. During the consultation portion of her visit she expressed a four year history of vaginal looseness following the delivery of her four children. During each pregnancy, she also noticed darker and larger labia, which she finds aesthetically unpleasing. Specifically, she is bothered by the right labia being longer than the left and an open-looking vagina. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough evaluation which confirmed labial asymmetry, right side greater than left, as well as excessive clitoral hood on the right side with labial hypertrophy. She was also found to have an anal skin tag and Hymenal skin tag. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options, she was interested in proceeding with the least invasive option, for minimal downtime. Dr. Aguirre performed unilateral Labia Minora Reduction and Clitoral Hood Reduction, on the right side only, as well as Excision of Anal Tag and Excision of Hymenal skin tag. Due to the concern with healing time, Dr. Aguirre performed an in- office laser vaginal tightening procedure known as FemiLift. The patient returned to the office postoperatively with excellent results.
