32 yo female from Aurora, Colorado found Dr. Oscar Aguirre, a Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and nationally renowned cosmetic surgeon, through an internet search for Labiaplasty. She scheduled her consultation after years of being “embarrassed” by the aesthetic appearance of her labia and what she describes as “enlarged inner labia with one side being particularly longer than the other.” She states that this has been her area of concern since puberty. After a pelvic examination and thorough consultation, she was eager to proceed with the recommended procedure. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office aesthetic vaginal surgery in the form of a Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy. She followed up in the office for regular scheduled postop examinations, very pleased with the symmetry of her labia and wanting to return for a consultation on Liposuction surgery. This series demonstrates the importance of addressing the large hood which is a big part of her problem.
