32 yo mother of two from Colorado Springs, Colorado self-referred to renowned Cosmetic Surgeon and Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado after an internet search of Labiaplasty on Real Self. She presented to the office “unhappy with the look and discomfort of labia Minora.” She has a 15-year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. Since she was a teenager, she has been bothered by her large dark labia minora, which has also contributed to uncomfortable sex and being self-conscious. Discussing things further with Dr. Aguirre she relays easily achieving clitoral orgasms, but has never had a vaginal orgasm and would like to. She also mentioned decreased sensation with intercourse. Dr. Aguirre performed a pelvic examination with a chaperone present and patient observing with a handheld mirror. Examination revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation as well as redundant lateral prepuce with ptosis. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options she was eager to schedule surgery. She returned to the office where Dr. Aguirre performed an in-office awake aesthetic vaginal procedure. She had Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical site. She returned to the office very happy with her results.
