20 yo female from Centennial, Colorado with a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, was referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre by her local Primary Care Physician. She recalls since puberty being bothered by her long and asymmetric labia which causes discomfort with wearing form fitting clothing. She presented for Labiaplasty consultation. Dr. Aguirre preformed a thorough examination which revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and asymmetry, right side greater than left. She was found to have appropriate size and dimension of prepuce. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options, she decided to proceed with definitive surgical therapy. Dr. Aguirre performed, in an in-office surgical setting, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of Labia Minora. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop appointments, with excellent results.
