64 yo longtime female patient of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and leading cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre, returned to the office to address her long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her abdomen. She has had two previous Cesarean sections and laparotomies from ovarian cysts resulting in a depressed Pfannenstiel scar. She is also bothered by excess fat in her Mons, lower abdomen, and flanks.
