36 yo mother of two from Castle Rock, Colorado with a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and Master Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search. She recalls since her early 20s being bothered by her large labia minora, which worsened with each pregnancy. They have since become longer, darker and more bothersome during sex as well as physical activity. She has great discomfort with exercising and wearing formfitting clothing. She is unable to wear swimsuits without the appearance of a large bulge. Her second concern is that of decreased vaginal pleasure, sensation and increasing difficulties with orgasm. She requires intercourse for up to an hour to finally achieve orgasm. After Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic exam and discussed all surgical and non-surgical options, she decided to pursue in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery and will consider Vaginoplasty in the future. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of Labia minora, Excision of Redundant Prepuce bilaterally Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Excision of Excess Perineal Skin, Excision of multiple Anal Tags and an O-Shot. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postoperative appointments very happy with her results.
Revision: Although she was very pleased with the original surgery, she did have some persistent perineal skin and anal skin tags that she desired revision of. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office aesthetic vaginal surgery in the form of Excision Excess Perineal Skin and Anal Skin Tag Removal. She was extremely pleased with the results when returning for her postop visits.
