71 yo mother of two from Parker, Colorado was self-referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search on vaginal rejuvenation. Her primary complaint was that of difficulties with orgasm and decreased vaginal sensation. She is bothered by her large, dark labia minora and describes occasional urinary incontinence and difficulties with rectal evacuation. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and large ptotic prepuce. She was also found to have a small Rectocele and distally there are torn pelvic floor muscles. All surgical and nonsurgical options were discussed. Patient wanted to address the decreased vaginal sensation, non-surgically and thus decided on laser vaginal resurfacing of the vagina with FemiLift, O-Shot and radio-frequency introital tightening with Geneveve. Patient returned to the office where Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to the surgical sites. She returned to the office post-operatively with excellent results.
