28 yo female from Denver, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre from an online search for Labiaplasty. She has a greater than ten year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. She first noticed this late in high school and it has since been progressively bothersome. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labia hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation as well as redundant lateral prepuce bilaterally with excess perineal skin. These findings, along with all surgical and nonsurgical options, were discussed in detail with her. She decided to proceed with definitive surgical therapy in the form of an in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery. Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, Excision of Excess Perineal Skin and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical wounds. She returned to the office very pleased with her results.
