24 yo woman from Boulder, Colorado referred to nationally renowned cosmetic surgeon and Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado for Laser Reduction Labiaplasty. She has a greater than seven year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. She is unhappy with the length of her labia due to appearance but also with discomfort experienced during cycling and sex. Dr. Aguirre performed a pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labial hypertrophy with asymmetry and redundant lateral prepuce bilaterally. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options, she decided to proceed with in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery. Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora with Clitoral Hood Reduction. She returned to the office for regularly scheduled postoperative visits with excellent results.
