30 yo female from Superior, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado through an internet search for “Denver Labiaplasty.” She feels that her labia minora are large and extend too far toward her perineum. She has been bothered by the aesthetic appearance of her vulva since adolescence. She also experiences discomfort wearing tight clothing, during sex and exercising. Upon examination, Dr. Aguirre found her to be an excellent candidate for in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery consisting of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy and Excision of Excess Perineal Skin with PRP infiltration of incision sites. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options, she wanted to move forward with scheduling the surgical procedure. At 4 months post-op there was labial asymmetry that was bothersome to her and to Dr. Aguirre so she elected to proceed with a Right labia minora revision .
