34 yo mother of two with a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, referred by her local OBGYN to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado. She states that 10 years prior she had undergone a labia minora reduction subsequent to which she remained displeased with the appearance of her labia majora and some asymmetry of the labia minora since that procedure. During her consultation with Dr. Aguirre, her concerns are loose and lax labia majora as well as a large pubic mons which is very distressing to her since she cannot freely wear the clothes that she wants such as form-fitting bathing suites, leotards, etc.  Following a thorough examination, Dr. Aguirre recommended an in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery in the form of a labia majora reduction, revision of her prior Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy. She consented to moving forward with  and scheduled the procedures as recommended and returned to the office for regularly scheduled postop appointments.
