33 yo mother of five from Keenesburg, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search. She has a long history of Urinary Incontinence, Vaginal Looseness and undesired fat distribution. Following the initial exam, she was scheduled for additional bladder studies with regard to the issue of incontinence. She returned to the office for a final consultation where all surgical and non-surgical options were discussed. The patient was eager to move forward with surgery as recommended. In an out-patient surgical setting, Dr. Aguirre performed her first surgery, a Vaginoplasty with Suburethral Sling to address the vaginal looseness and stress incontinence at the time of Vaser Liposuction of the Upper/Lower Abdomen, Anterior Hips, Mons, Bra Fat and Upper/Lower Back with Brazilian Butt Augmentation. She returned eighteen months later after having gained 18 lbs interested in additional Liposculpture. Dr. Aguirre then performed her second surgery: in-office VASER liposuction of her abdomen and flanks with Mini Tummy Tuck.
