47 yo mother of two from Parker, Colorado located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search on Labiaplasty and Stress Urinary Incontinence. During her initial consultation with Dr. Aguirre, she describes a fifteen year history of urinary incontinence and more than twenty year history of being unhappy with the aesthetic appearance of her labia. Upon examination she was found to have bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation, excess hyperpigmented perineal skin and bilateral redundant lateral prepuce. Following further testing the diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence was confirmed. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options, patient decided to move forward with recommended surgical procedures. Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy, Excision of Excess Perineal Skin and the placement of a RetroArc Suburethral Sling. She returned to the office postoperatively with excellent results.
