36 yo mother of two from Scottsdale, Arizona with a nine year history of vaginal looseness and two year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, located nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search for Vaginal Aesthetics. Following the delivery of her second child, she has noticed darkness of her labia which have also become longer, as well as decreased vaginal sensation and now has great difficulties achieving vaginal orgasms which “take a lot of work.” Upon consulting with Dr. Aguirre she conveyed a desire to improve sexual function. In order to address the want for added sensation during sex, Dr. Aguirre performed the LEO (Laser Enhanced O-Shot) which consists of the FemiLift (Laser Vaginal Tightening) to address vaginal looseness and the O-Shot injection which uses the patient’s own PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to enhance sensitivity. At the same time Dr. Aguirre performed Labiaplasty to reduce the size and discoloration of Labia Minora. She returned to the office for her scheduled postop exam stating that she has a more sensitive G-Spot, her vulva looks beautiful, and she and her husband are very happy.
