36 yo female from Erie, Colorado discovered Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search for Labiaplasty. She met with Dr. Aguirre inquiring about options for uneven and enlarged labia, which cause discomfort with athletic activities and intercourse, as well as a clitoral hood reduction for aesthetic reasons. After a thorough examination, in addition to labia hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation as well as moderate to severe excess clitoral hood skin, she was found to have excess perineal skin. She states that these have been lifelong concerns of hers and after considering all surgical and nonsurgical options, she preferred to proceed with surgery in an in-office surgical setting. Dr. Aguirre performed Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy, as well as Excision of Excess Perineal Skin. She returned to the office for regular postop visits, with excellent results and eager to get back to exercise without irritation.
