30 year old female yoga instructor from Colorado Springs, Colorado scheduled a consultation with Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre due to a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. She is bothered by large labia, which are aesthetically unattractive to her, but are also very uncomfortable while wearing form-fitting clothing, which as a yoga instructor is a daily occurrence. After examination Dr. Aguirre discussed surgical and non-surgical options. She decided the best option for her to be Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and a Clitoral Hood Reduction. She proceeded with scheduling the in-office procedure which Dr. Aguirre performed, as recommended. She returned to the office for regular scheduled postop visits looking and feeling great.
