50 yo female from Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico was referred to Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre by her primary care physician. During her initial consultation for Urogynecologic issues including urinary incontinence and vaginal looseness,  she relayed to Dr. Aguirre a desire to have Body Contouring. After a thorough examination, in order to address the medically necessary issues as well as the vaginal looseness , Dr. Aguirre recommended combining the medical surgery with a cosmetic Vaginoplasty and Liposculpture one month later. Dr. Aguirre’s body contouring assessment revealed lipodystrophy of the upper and lower abdomen and flanks. She also described unhappiness with the loss of volume in her buttocks. She returned for outpatient Liposculpture of the upper and lower Abdomen, Pubic Mons, and Flanks in addition to Fat Transfer to the Buttocks. After her regularly scheduled postop visit, she was able to make the return trip home.
