42 yo mother of two from Lakewood, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search for body contouring. She has a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her abdomen and upon examination, she also identified areas of concern to include flank fat and flat buttocks. She was also noted to have a moderate amount of striae but due to postop recovery period restraints of one week, she does not want a full abdominoplasty. Dr. Aguirre counseled her extensively regarding her surgical and nonsurgical options, to which she fully consented to Vaser Liposculpture of the upper and lower abdomen, pubic mons, bra fat, upper and lower back, anterior hips and flanks as well as thighs with fat transfer to the buttocks. She returned to the office for regular scheduled postop lipo massage treatments, with excellent results.
