23 yo female with a greater than 10 year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her Vulva located Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through a google search on Labiaplasty. She has been bothered by long left labia minora, which she states has gotten worse as she has gotten older. She also mentioned having a skin tag on her anus that appeared 2 years prior. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options, she was eager to proceed with surgery. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office Labiaplasty of Labia Minora bilaterally, as well as Excision of Excess Perineal Skin and Anal Skin Tag. She returned to the office for regular scheduled postop exams, very pleased with her results.
